Over the past 35+ years, Carolyn has held positions that have a person centric focus that involved aspects of creating, designing, developing, implementing and most importantly delivering excellence that meets or exceeds expectations.
With an unwavering hope that the person has a great experience, Carolyn is driven by a commitment to care, connection and integrity. Potentially this person centric care began with her studies in science and psychology and most recently with the birth of ‘Plant the Seed’.
At Plant the Seed, Carolyn’s aim is to continue to create, design and develop inspirational resources - our ‘seeds’ - that have a meaningful impact, cultivate opportunities for growth, enhance a culture of care ensuring that firstly, the person thrives and then the business benefits too!
