Blake Oliver Consulting is partnering with a global consulting and technology firm to appoint a Telecom Service Assurance Architect within its growing ANZ practice. This role is part of a major transformation program focused on modernising service fulfilment and assurance across leading telecommunications networks.
You’ll work across architecture, integration, and solution design, bringing deep OSS domain experience to shape scalable, future-ready platforms. The position will suit someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and driving practical implementation across multi-vendor environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead solution design and implementation of OSS Service Fulfilment applications, including provisioning and activation.
- Analyse existing architectures and interfaces to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Integrate diverse systems and platforms to enable seamless service management.
- Work closely with project and program stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, standards, and best practices within the OSS ecosystem.
- 5+ years’ experience designing and implementing OSS applications in Service Provisioning and Service Activation.
- Strong background in Service Order Management, Network Inventory Management, and Service Assurance.
- Proven experience integrating multiple OSS and network management systems.
- Experience with Nokia SMP (Service Management Platform) and OSS COTS tools such as ServiceNow, Netcracker, and similar fulfilment/assurance platforms.
- Understanding of TM Forum processes such as Order to Activate and Plan to Provision.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience implementing TMF Open APIs (client or server side).
- Scripting or workflow development using Java, Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.
- Database experience (Oracle, MySQL, GraphDB).
