Senior BMS Engineer (Tridium Niagara)
Type: Permanent Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Senior BMS Controls Design Engineer to join a forward-thinking smart buildings organisation leading the way in intelligent, connected, and energy-efficient facilities.

In this role, you will design, program, and deliver complex BMS solutions using Tridium Niagara, working across major commercial, healthcare, education, and enterprise environments. You’ll play a key role in driving next-generation building automation and IoT integration projects, with opportunities to contribute to advanced cloud and AI-enabled platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, programming, and commissioning Tridium Niagara-based BMS systems
• Leading BMS and IoT integration across large-scale building environments
• Producing technical documentation, points lists, control strategies & panel layouts
• Supporting project delivery, solution development, and client engagement
• Ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous optimisation of building performance

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ hands-on Tridium Niagara engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC control logic, BACnet/Modbus protocols & system integration
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimise system performance
• Strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering (or equivalent experience)
