About the Role
You’ll be supporting a major project within the wider transformation program. This role will see you engaging directly with senior stakeholders across operations, technology, finance, and governance to design, document, and deliver new operating models and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting business analysis and solution design for operational transformation initiatives.
- Leading workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions.
- Developing detailed documentation, like process maps and operating models.
- Supporting project planning, tracking, and reporting in collaboration with project managers.
- Analysing operational data and vendor performance to inform sourcing decisions.
You’re a seasoned Business Analyst with proven experience delivering operational or platform transformation projects within investment management, superannuation, or asset servicing.
- Experience in business analysis and operational change delivery.
- Understanding of investment operations and fund administration.
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and exceptional documentation ability.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or accreditations.
