The Role
Join our gov clients major Network Transformation Project as our dedicated technical escalation expert. You’ll be the go-to authority for complex Fortinet and Azure challenges, ensuring smooth delivery and zero disruption. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your deep expertise keeps the project on track.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary escalation point for FortiGate, SD-WAN, Azure NVA, FortiClient, FortiSASE & FortiSandbox issues
- Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical roadblocks
- Guide implementation teams with clear, expert advice
- Document solutions and create precise network maps/diagrams in Visio
- Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven hands-on experience in secure, modern ICT environments with:
- Azure Cloud & Network Virtual Appliances (NVA)
- Fortinet ecosystem (SD-WAN, FortiGate, FortiClient, SASE, Sandbox)
- Exceptional troubleshooting & problem-solving under pressure
- Strong communication – written and verbal – to influence and inform
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality technical docs
- Expert-level Microsoft Visio for network topology mapping
- Be the technical backbone of a high-visibility national project
- Work with cutting-edge Fortinet + Azure stack
- Immediate impact, clear outcomes, and strong daily rates
