About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator Training Manager to oversee sales compliance, operational support and workflow management for the sales department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail, loves well-organised systems and enjoys being the central support for agents, admin staff and reception.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing sales compliance checks from point of sale through to settlement
- Conducting quarterly random audits across 2 offices
- Ensuring all sales documentation and data are uploaded accurately into their systems
- Maintaining and updating sales templates, forms and internal processes
- Managing and improving workflows & systems
- Providing training to new and existing admin, reception and offshore staff
- Assisting with onboarding and offering ongoing support to the sales team
- Providing backup support during busy periods or staff leave
- Overseeing gifting processes and contributing to broader corporate administration
You’re an organised, detail-focused and proactive administrator who enjoys supporting a busy sales department and ensuring high standards are upheld. You will bring:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Administrator in real estate
- Someone with experience using InDesign, Box & Dice and/or AgentBox will be highly regarded
- Strong written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence training and supporting team members
- A solutions-focused mindset with sound decision-making skills
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Salary up to $110k package, depending on experience
