Duties
In this role, you will:
- Prepare, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts, leases, and agreements
- Represent vendors and purchasers in significant commercial transactions
- Provide practical, clear advice on corporate structures, partnerships, and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4 to 6 years PAE handling a broad range of commercial law matters
- Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and strategic advice
- Excellent commercial awareness and focus on delivering effective, practical solutions
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proven ability to build and nurture client relationships
