Who are we looking for?

We are currently looking for expressions of interest from highly experienced and disciplined Licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical) to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. If you’re a proactive, flexible and experienced professional with a drive to succeed, you’re the type of person we would like to welcome onboard.

Brief Position Outline:

• Dismantling, inspecting, testing, repairing and reassembling aircraft engines, ancillary components, accessories, and electrical systems;
• Conducting routine pre–flight checks and inspections of engines and equipment;
• Maintaining thorough records of actions taken;
• Assembling components, parts and subassemblies of aircraft engines and equipment, and;
• Testing, maintaining, replacing, and upgrading aircraft safety equipment.

The essential requirements

• Unrestricted CASA Licence
• A320 accreditation (minimum)
• Valid ASIC (or ability to obtain)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Strong understanding of CASA regulations, procedures, manuals, and guidelines
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative
• Basic computer proficiency

Shifts will 4 on and 4 off, nigh shift role.
