Rocco Angerosa is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser with 26 years’ tax and business advisory experience serving medium to large sized private businesses and family owners, as well as subsidiaries of large multi-national corporates. After spending most of this time working in second tier professional service firms, with over 7 years as Partner, and privileged to serve some of Australia's most successful businesses and family owners, Rocco established his own practice to provide a bespoke service to his clients that focuses on his core values of honesty, integrity and respect.
Rocco has significant experience in assisting businesses develop through the stages of start-up through to maturity. Acting as both an adviser and business partner, he takes an active role in understanding businesses, assisting in their development and advising on internal financial operations, management reporting, taxation and statutory reporting.
Rocco loves to work closely with his clients and has significant experience in dealing with and finding solutions to complex taxation matters in areas of structuring, wealth extraction, succession, estate planning, mergers & acquisitions, international mobility of individuals, entities and assets, and managing tax office audits and reviews.
Whilst most of Rocco’s career has been in business advisory and taxation roles, he has also gained considerable experience through working overseas and within his clients in commercial roles.
Passionate about teaching and developing people and watching them and their business grow, Rocco takes great pride and satisfaction in providing quality, consistent and timely advice and service. Nothing inspires Rocco more than seeing the success of peoples’ dreams and aspirations come true and appreciating the journey that has taken them to get there, and he simply aspires to play an active role in that process with his clients.
