Aaron Ross has an extensive background in innovation, entrepreneurship and strategic planning. Over the last 20 years Aaron has established and led high-growth global enterprises spanning technology, healthcare and fintech. Two of the companies he founded, FirstCare and Cake Technologies, were acquired by Marcol and American Express respectively. Aaron has a long history at Vix, having worked in leadership roles from 2015-2020 as well as serving on the Board of Directors. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Vix’s sister company, Kuba, which specialises in scalable mobility payment solutions.
Alongside his corporate activities, Aaron has held a number of trustee and advisory appointments in not-for-profit charities such as The Princess Diana Award, United World Colleges GB and Million Mentors.
