Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM to 04:00PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years software testing experience with manual and automated testing
- Strong SQL skills for data validation and investigation
- API testing experience (REST/SOAP, tools like Postman)
- Understanding of web applications, databases, and software architecture
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
- Product-focused mindset with understanding of user experience principles
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Customer support or technical support experience
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Business analysis or requirements gathering experience
- Healthcare software or medical practice management experience
- Automation testing
- Financial services, payment processing, or banking software experience
- DevOps exposure (CI/CD, deployments, monitoring tools)
- Previous roles bridging technical and business teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments
- Compliance or audit experience
- Process improvement and documentation creation
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for healthcare and financial software
- Create automated test scripts and maintain test documentation
- Validate data integrity using SQL queries
- Test across multiple environments (staging, production)
- Serve as first-line technical support for medical practice customers
- Investigate and resolve customer issues using logs, databases, and system knowledge
- Create customer-facing documentation and training materials
- Escalate complex issues with detailed analysis and business impact assessment
- Analyse user behaviour patterns and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Document edge cases and user workflows that inform product decisions
- Participate in requirements gathering and user story creation
- Provide testing perspective during feature planning and design
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues proactively
