The Role
As the sole BDM, you’ll drive growth through meaningful connections with architects, real estate agents, developers, and high-net-worth clients. This is a relationship-focused sales role where you’ll be empowered to operate with autonomy, backed by a premium product and a collaborative internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with real estate agents, developers, and architects
- Represent the company at networking and industry events
- Nurture and convert cold, warm and lost leads into sales-ready opportunities
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits along with technical
- Collaborate closely with marketing to refine messaging and campaigns
- Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools

About You
You’re confident, polished and strategic - someone who understands the mindset and expectations of high-end clientele. You enjoy the thrill of the chase and are motivated by tangible results. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in luxury sales, high-end real estate, property development, architecture, development or bespoke construction
- A strong understanding of affluent client expectations and the luxury market
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A track record of exceeding KPIs and sales targets
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and professionalism
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools
