The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Psychologist to join the team. This role involves providing both therapy and psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.
You will also contribute to clinical leadership through peer supervision, training, and sharing your specialist expertise with fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual assessments, case formulation, treatment planning, and psychological interventions
- Work with a broad range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, adjustment, grief, and relationship issues
- Conduct DSM-5-aligned assessments and risk evaluations
- Prepare detailed case notes, assessment reports, and termination summaries
- Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development
- Support other clinicians through peer supervision and clinical guidance
- Provide group sessions and contribute to service development where appropriate
You are an empathetic and experienced clinician with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You value professional integrity and collaboration and enjoy working within a close-knit team environment.
Essential Criteria:
- Full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist
- Minimum 1 year post-registration experience
- Eligible for a Medicare Provider Number
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Demonstrated advanced skillset or specialisation
