What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3+ years' experience running high-performing campaigns on Meta and/or LinkedIn
- Strong grasp of A/B testing, audience targeting, and funnel optimisation.
- Ability to translate creative into campaign structure and targeting tactics
- Confident setting up retargeting campaigns (custom audiences, exclusions, etc.)
- Great communicator and self-starter, you'll work with an experienced marketing leader
who moves fast
- Experience working with professional services or B2B campaigns (especially in
Australia) - Experience using Google Tag Manager or HubSpot
- Creative ideas for new formats or low-cost growth hacks
What will you do?
- Set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn
- Build and launch retargetings to follow engaged leads across platforms and re-engage non-converters
- Manage campaign performance within a fixed budget, adjusting for ROI
- Recommend and test new creative formats (e.g., carousels, reels, static, video)
- Report on performance weekly (clicks, CPC, CTR, conversions, top creatives)
- Advise and implement basic conversion tracking (Meta pixel, LinkedIn tag, GA4)
