As the successful candidate you will have:

• 5+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success corporate insurance i
  
• Product experience including ISR, Crisis Management and Corporate Travel.
  
• Willingness to undertaking a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio
  
• Networking and relationship building skills
  
• Proven experience in developing new business ideal
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to interact with Managing Directors, Insurance Manager, CFO's and CEO's of large enterprises
  
• Ability to work in a team environment
  
• Tier 1 broking essential
  
• Competent in IT and office procedures
  

Duties in this role will include:

• Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of SME and Mid-Market Risks
  
• Manage a portfolio of $450k and 60 clients
• Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients
  
• Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets including retention and growth targets
  
• Planning and developing client retention strategies
