We are on the lookout for an AMAZING Assistant Store Manager to take our store in Garden City to the next level!
Our Garden City store is one of our highest-energy, high-traffic locations—where pace, passion, and bold styling come together every day. It’s a fast-moving, fashion-forward environment with a loyal customer base and a DREAMTEAM that thrives on delivering AMAZING. As ASM, you’ll support the Store Manager to drive results, coach and empower the team, and bring the DECJUBA vibe to life through styling, service, and strong visual execution. WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS AN ASM

You’re passionate about all things fashion with great visual merchandising and styling skills
•
You have previous experience working with a medium to large retail business
•
You’re ready to join an employer that invests in the development of your leadership and management, with a mix of hands-on, in-store and virtual training.

As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.
