About the Role
Our client is a leading and established Not-For-Profit organisation who support a diverse range of people of need. The organisation provides strong governance and support, fostering a mission‑driven culture focused on excellent, wellbeing and social justice. They are currently looking for a Payroll Functional Consultant to support their implementation partner with the rollout of SuccessFactors (EC/ECP).
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse proposed ERP and payroll solutions, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Define payroll requirements, processes, and success metrics to support implementation.
- Lead the payroll process lifecycle from design to launch, including user acceptance testing and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance, IT, and vendor teams to ensure seamless system design and delivery.
- Prepare accurate process documentation to support system rollouts and training.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee delivery of high‑quality payroll solutions.
- Support product launches, including training, communication, and post‑go‑live support.
- Use feedback and research to identify areas for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, industry standards, and organisational policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive payroll expertise with a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
- SuccessFactors (EC/ECP) implementation experience is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors.
- Experience in complex enterprise environments
