This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as their next Operations Manager, where you’ll drive store performance, fuel franchise growth and lead strategic expansion across both company-operated and franchised locations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Oversee operations for 17 Melbourne stores, ensuring compliance and strong performance.
- Lead franchise development including recruitment, onboarding and ongoing support
- Manage delivery platforms and POS systems to optimise store efficiency
- Drive business growth through new initiatives, menu development and supplier management
- Collaborate with the executive team on strategic planning, budgeting and expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ senior operations or multi-site leadership experience within QSR or broader hospitality
- Experience with franchising and new store openings (QSR highly regarded)
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and developing teams
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting and stakeholder management
- RSA and Food Safety Supervisor certifications
