This 2026 IBL program focuses on Sales and Service Operations and commences mid-January 2026. You will need to commit to full-time office hours until end of January 2027. To qualify for this program, you must be an undergraduate student currently completing your penultimate year of study. As at January 2026 you must have a remaining 12 months or 2 semesters of study to complete your degree. Ideally, you are studying a Business related degree.

Responsibilities
The role:
This 12 month (2026-2027) Sales & Service Support role is a unique opportunity to gain insight into a department that covers service operations, Service Plans marketing and sales. You will support the team with customer and dealer engagement and communications support to ensure service support excellence for our customers. Day to day you will learn about general business operations, support with operational and financial administration and customer service queries. You will also gain insight into the technical side of our service plan offerings and may help with competitor analysis and benchmarking exercises as well as analytics and reporting. You will have a proactive, enthusiastic attitude driven to provide ultimate customer service excellence. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and can navigate Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

You will enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Above all, as you will be working in a small team, you will be team oriented and have a flexible and adaptable attitude to the changing needs of the business. Your keen eye for detail will ensure accuracy in the work you produce, and enable you to develop or document new processes and initiatives. A strong interest in immersing yourself in this role will lead you to achieve greater insights into this business unit, and the Truck industry as a whole as you begin your career in Sales & Service Operations.
