HR Intern – Unpaid Internship
Melbourne | 3-Months Placement | September–November 2025
Are you a student or recent graduate eager to launch your career in Human Resources? Join KJR for a short-term, unpaid internship designed to give you real-world exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Based in our Melbourne office, you’ll work closely with our experienced HR team and gain hands-on experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting recruitment activities such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- A genuine interest in HR, people & culture, or business admin
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week between September and October
- Based in Melbourne, with the ability to work onsite
- Learn from a welcoming and supportive HR team
