As they continue to scale in the Australian market, they are seeking a strategically minded and hands-on Logistics Leader to oversee and optimise operations nationwide.
The Role
The role will take end-to-end ownership of logistics and supply chain operations across Australia. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customers receive their orders efficiently while helping to drive cost savings, improve sustainability outcomes, and future-proof the supply chain for scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing third-party logistics providers, warehouse operations, and national distribution networks.
- Driving continuous improvement across logistics systems (NetSuite), work flows, and performance metrics.
- Forecasting and planning to align logistics capacity with growth and seasonal peaks.
- Leading risk management, contingency planning, and incident response for logistics operations.
- Collaborating with internal teams across supply chain, product, customer service, and growth.
- Contributing to the business’s broader sustainability and social impact goals through logistics strategy.
Your Background
We’re looking for an experienced logistics or supply chain professional who combines operational excellence with commercial thinking and a genuine passion for purpose-driven business.
You’ll bring:
- 7+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations leadership roles, ideally in e-commerce or FMCG.
- Proven ability to manage complex 3PL relationships and multi-site distribution networks.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-led approach to process optimisation and decision making.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and scaling systems for a high-growth environment.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
- A strong alignment with sustainability values and impact-focused work.
- Strong use of technology and systems (Ideally NetSuite)
