Clinical Manager - Relocation Opportunity
- This is an opportunity for an experienced Clinical Manager to relocate to regional Victoria with relocation and temporary accommodation assistance available for the right candidate.
- Oversee the clinical operations of a small-medium sized aged care home in regional Victoria with a well-regarded provider dedicated to delivering exceptional quality care to residents.

- Attractive salary package of $120,000 – $135,000 + Superannuation & Salary Packaging.
Oversee the clinical operations of a well-regarded aged care home within a provider dedicated to quality care, flexibility, and work–life balance. You’ll mentor a committed clinical and care team, maintain compliance, and cultivate a supportive, resident-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care staff to foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to create and implement individualised care plans.
- Manage staffing, resources, and budgets efficiently to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to uphold high standards of care.
- Address concerns from residents, families, or staff with professionalism and empathy.
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Essential).
- Previous experience in a senior clinical role such as Clinical Care Manager or Clinical Coordinator within aged care.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead, support, and mentor clinical teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
- Excellent clinical assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.
- Sound understanding of risk management, incident reporting, and infection prevention and control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Commitment to professional development and ongoing improvement.
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications in aged care, health management, or clinical leadership (desirable but not essential).
