Join our client in the public sector as an OH&S Advisor and play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide safety initiatives. This contract role will see you step into a dynamic, hands-on environment, working with a supportive safety team while key team members are on leave.
- Duration: 3-month labour hire contract
- Location: Melbourne CBD or Geelong (flexible – 1 WFH day/week)
- Rate: $65.56/hour
- Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support organisation-wide OH&S initiatives
- Develop and maintain safety policies, systems and procedures
- Administer incident reporting systems
- Provide advice on safety compliance and risk mitigation
- Create and review OHS risk assessments
- Prepare performance and compliance reports
- Manage induction systems and safety registers
- Coordinate internal audits and facility inspections
- Deliver HSE training and maintain training records
- Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 audits
- Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation and ISO standards
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills
- Valid driver’s licence – travel between sites required
