Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales team and the Director.
- Coordinate property listings and related marketing tasks.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and contracts.
- Communicate with clients and external stakeholders.
- Assist with office and database management tasks.
- Experience in real estate admin or sales support roles.
- Hold current Agent’s Rep Certificate and valid police check.
- Professional phone manner with confident communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused approach.
