The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will provide quality HR service and advice to Managers and Employees regarding employment related and day to day to workplace issues.. The role is embedded within a portfolio working along aside the Leadership team providing proactive people solutions. This role is based at both our sites in Box Hill and Eltham.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- HR Business Partnering across employee life cycle
- Manage OHS compliance and regulatory outcomes
- Compliance, Reporting & Administration
- Support Leaders building leadership capability
- Performance and Development
- Employment Agreements, Policies and Benefits
- Reward & Recognition
- Learning & Development
- Facilitation of Learning Programs
- Recruitment, Onboarding & Retention
- HR Strategic Projects and HR Team Collaboration

- Experienced EA/EBA interpretation (multi)
- Demonstrated ER/IR capability
