Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current set of early stage project opportunities identified
- Assist in identifying new opportunities
- Monitor and cooperate with development partners to bring forward early stage developments
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of external consultants and internal team members to advance development opportunities
- Engage with relevant landowners and key stakeholders
- Conduct or coordinate site visits to support site evaluation, suitability, and due diligence efforts
- Track-record working on Australian renewable energy projects during the pre-construction phase
- Experience identifying and evaluating greenfield sites
- Experience securing land tenure for renewable energy projects
- Knowledge of the planning approval process as well as an understanding of the key regulatory and social requirements for renewable energy projects
- Proficient user of MS Office, and have experience with GIS software.
