This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders. You’ll play a key role in supporting major property sales and driving market intelligence that fuels strategic decision-making and client success.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

• Gather and analyze property sales data locally and nationally to identify market trends and opportunities.

• Support end-to-end marketing processes by developing detailed property reports and compelling pitch documents.

• Build and manage property databases, client records, and sales pipelines using internal platforms.

• Conduct cash flow modelling at the property level and contribute to campaign due diligence responses.

• Collaborate with brokers, marketing, valuation, and research teams to deliver exceptional service and campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in property, business, finance or economics.

• Previous experience in an Analyst, Assistant Valuer, or Valuer role preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Solid understanding of commercial property value drivers and basic financial modelling.

• Confident communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
