Are you a seasoned HR professional ready to take on a strategic business partnering role in a dynamic and supportive team? Our client – a key commercial division of a government organisation – is seeking a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to join their People & Safety team.

- Coach leaders on employee engagement and effective people management
- Interpret policies, procedures, and legislation in line with best practice
- Proven experience as a senior HR business partner or similar
- Strong background in ER/IR and complex case management
- Sound understanding of the Fair Work Act and public sector industrial instruments
- Experience in leading change and organisational development projects
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related field (desirable)
- A current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Experience in a public sector or government environment
- Strong mediation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to balance commercial awareness with compliance
