What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, related field; MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
- Relevant experience in operation management preferably in a managerial role.
- Previous experience in home care, healthcare management, or a supervisory role
- In-depth understanding of compliance in Aged Care and NDIS (including the quality standards, WHS, infection prevention and control, and SIRS) setting
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address healthcare challenges and improve patient outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Be capable of working both independently and as an effective team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
What will you do?
The Clinical and Compliance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance and driving quality improvement initiatives across the organisation. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, clinical best practices, and quality improvement methodologies to enhance the overall care provided to clients. The incumbent will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, regulatory agencies, and senior management to develop, implement, and monitor strategies that uphold and exceed standards of excellence in care delivery.
In this role, the Clinical and Compliance Officer will provide consistent, day-to-day support to management and staff across multiple organisations. The Clinical and Compliance Officer will ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, standards, and policies, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement in care quality and safety.
