The Builder

You will be joining a well respected, national builder who, locally, turnover in excess of $120M and deliver projects across:

• Health
• Education
• Museums and civic projects
• Science and laboratories
• Commercial offices
• Hotels

Over recent years they have grown from strength to strength, adding three new project teams. With such good client relationships, they are turning work down whilst they ensure quality projects are delivered for their existing clients.


The Role

You'll already be working as a Contracts Administrator, so no need to list the duties. However, the role will be working at the elite end of the construction industry, with arguably the best specialist contractor delivering projects of this nature.

In your role as Contracts Administrator, you will be working on one or a couple of projects at any one time, delivering projects within the $5M - $25M range. For larger sized projects, you'll have one project to deliver, for the smaller budgets, likely 2 at a time. You will be expected to work efficiently, diligently and professionally, to build quality relationships with suppliers, subbies, clients and internal colleagues - supporting the financial performance of each project you are responsible for.


Who should apply

If you have around 5 (give or take) years of Contract Administration experience delivering commercial construction projects here in Melbourne, for a head contractor, . To be clear, we are seeking:

• Contract Administrators with experience in Melbourne (Visa/Sponsorship not provided) - you must have Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
• Must have experience working within a commercial building, head contractor - ideally
• Candidates with experience in Health and Life Science projects (labs, research/development, clinical space etc) highly preferable
• Strong communicators, with a collaborative attitude and a growth mindset.
