Our client close to the CBD is seeking and experienced Business Development Manager to join their growing & thriving team in a Head of Growth position
This role is predominately listing and relationship building. Head of Growth role to grow your team to become high achievers.
About The Role.
- Actively pursue & prospect rental leads
- No portfolio management
- Monday to Friday ONLY
- Opportunity to be involved in Buyers Advocacy
- Manage all new business enquires
- Attend & schedule appraisals
- Manage & develop landlord & tenant relationships
- Build a team
About You.
- BDM/Sales Real Estate Experience highly regarded
- Property Management Experienced highly regarded
- MUST Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
- Hold a current and valid Drivers Licence
- Highly driven & ambitious
- Experience using a Property Management program being;
- Rp Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree
- Corporate Attire
- Excellent Communication & Written skills
