Australia's largest supplier of Precast concrete products are seeking a skilled precast labourer who has a desire for team leadership. We are looking for team leadership assistance, great opportunity to develop your skills and grow in the precast industry!
About the Role:
- Working in a concrete precast environment manufacturing over 300 different precast products.
- Operating concrete pump machines and filling various molds with concrete.
- Use of automated concrete vibration machinery.
- Using forklifts, overhead cranes and Tran stackers to move and store concrete products pre and post pour.
- Assist in team leadership duties.
- Co-ordinating production plans and paperwork with management.
- Order tracking inbound and outbound.
About you:
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Have previous experience in a precast environment.
- Solid understanding of precast machinery and automation.
- Have a solid understanding of a precast environment and OHS procedures involved.
- Forklift license is heavily considered.
- Previous team leader / supervisory experience heavily considered.
- Must be a people person.
