Moss & Co Consulting have partnered with an international, top-tier Law firm on the recruitment of a Practice Assistant/Legal Assistant opportunity within their Banking & Finance team.

This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary looking to provide Executive Assistance to a Senior Partner.

Responsibilities may include;

• Diary management and Inbox management
• Answering calls
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Billing and Expense processing
• Matter management including opening, closing, archiving, electronic filing and physical filing
• Ad hoc administrative duties

Ideally you will have prior experience within a Legal Support role, working within a transactional space and providing high-level support to a Partner.
