your role
As an Industrial Sales & Leasing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing end-to-end transactions, developing strong client relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the industrial property market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions, from inception through negotiations to finalisation.
- Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and identify sales opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, tenants, and buyers.
- Evaluate and structure lease agreements, renewals, and sales contracts.
- Stay ahead of market trends to provide clients with strategic advice on industrial property sales and leasing.
- Negotiate and close high-value sales and leasing deals, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties.
- Prior experience in industrial/commercial sales and leasing.
- Understanding of leasing concepts, procedures, operational management etc.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and a strong team-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
