We are currently recruiting for skilled Boardroom Waiters to assist our team to deliver an exceptional food service experience.
Your role
Our Corporate Catering team prepare a variety of innovative, on-trend food items to enhance the experience of our clients. Our team can accommodate a number of clients events, from a formal breakfast, lunch and dinner to canapés for cocktail events and corporate seminars.
As a Boardroom Waiter in our Catering team you will:
- Provide a professional high end corporate wait service for all boardroom bookings and events, including occasional evening functions such as cocktail parties and formal dinners.
- Deliver courteous & discreet customer service to all customers.
- Ensure that all dining areas are professionally set and presented.
- Assist with dishes after staff dinners and evening events.
- Organise and deliver catering to meeting rooms.
- Promptly clear and refresh dining areas and meeting rooms at the conclusion of events.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, including regular cleaning of coffee machines, stocking dishes, and ensuring service items are undamaged and suitable for use.
- Monitor stock levels of all consumables and service items in the kitchen, dining areas and boardrooms.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations & quality controls.
About you
You will have:
- Previous experience working in Hotels, Functions or Catering. Experience working in a corporate environment is highly favoured.
- The ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
- Experience working as part of a team providing excellent service to a range of customers, with the ability to work autonomously also.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certification is essential.
- Barista experience is highly desired.
- A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering a high standard of service.
