Job Contract Administrator | Multi-Disciplinary Tier 3 Builder, Melbourne

The Requirement

Ideally suited to an existing Contract Administrator, who has between 5 + years of experience in a local builder with exposure to different project types in excess of $5M, and have worked on projects from commencement to completion, you will be working within a team of contractual staff, and under the guidance of the Project Manager (on the project) and Commercial Manager (for additional guidance and support). Normal CA duties undertaken, across 1-2 projects at any one time.

Are you suitable?

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with experience across tiers 2, 3 and 4, within Melbourne's local main contractor market. Of vital importance are an attitude, a strong ethical compass, and someone who is focused on mastering their skill set.

This role suits someone from Intermediate to Senior CA level - the role can be adapted and supported to suit either level as you will be HO based, with site visits, as required.
