- Knowledge of the Owners Corporation Statutory Act
- Experience with managing building defects
- Managers to have proven ability in chairing Owners Corporation meetings
- Managers to have proven experience managing residential high-rise properties
- Proficient in one or more software packages - Stratamax, Stratmaster, Property IQ, Localwise and RP Office (Macpro)
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Motivated, flexible with excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
- A100 advantageous, but not necessary
