- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Ensure DEI principles are reflected in shortlists and hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across all recruitment activities.
- Deliver timely outcomes to candidates and hiring managers, with a focus on responsiveness and quality.
- Support recruitment projects, reporting, and training initiatives.
- Identify risks and opportunities, raising them with a solution-focused mindset.
