The Opportunity
We're on an exciting growth journey, and we're looking for a P&C Manager, Business Partnering who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help shape the future of our organisation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is is pivotal in continuing to build and embed the foundations that will support our people as we scale.
Our systems and processes are still evolving, and while we know there's work to do, our mantra is progress over perfection. We need someone who brings strong technical HR expertise, but also understands the realities of a growing business and can design fit-for-purpose solutions without adding unnecessary complexity.
Managing a team of 3, you will:
partner with leaders across the business to provide high-quality, pragmatic advice and support across all areas of People and Culture
own and drive our annual people processes, including performance reviews, remuneration reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
play a key role in delivering our people strategy and support business priorities through scalable, effective people practices.
lead and contribute to initiatives across employee engagement, performance, leadership development and diversity and inclusion
help us build smart, sustainable processes that can scale as we grow
About you:
You're an experienced HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys the challenge of building and improving. You bring a thoughtful balance of strategic insight and practical execution, and you're energised by the opportunity to help shape a growing business. You are collaborative, adaptable and deeply committed to creating a positive and engaging experience for our people.
Skills and experience you'll bring:
experience leading a business partnering team within a fast-paced (ideally tech) environment
relevant tertiary qualification
demonstrated ability to build positive relationships across all levels and be an escalation point for employment related advice
experience providing practical solutions to people related issues
advanced employment relations knowledge, across Modern Awards, the FWA and relevant WHS legislation
