Sales Admin | Real Estate | Cranbourne
The opportunity has arisen to join a close-knit and high performing real estate agency, supporting an elite team of sales consultants in our Cranbourne/Casey office.
This role could suit someone who has their agents rep certificate, real estate, and has real estate reception, sales admin, sales PA or other marketing/admin experience inside property and/or Real Estate.
Responsibilities Include:
• Help with Sales Admin for the Sales Team (client/property packs, scanning documents etc) and directly to a Sales Agent
• Emails and enquiries internally and some also basic enquiries from clients/vendors, requests for documents etc
• Basic phone handling, dealing with marketing companies, photographers, signage companies, realestate.com.au etc
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- VIC Agent's Representative Certificate
- Experience in Real Estate Admin/Sales Admin Role
- Experience using Office 365 / Microsoft Emails etc
- Box n Dice Experience Ideal, but not necessary
- Excellent verbal communication & time management skills
