The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to work on innovative retail brands that are making real waves in the market. You'll be 100% dedicated to one client, allowing you to embed deeply in their business and become a true trusted advisor. From exciting partnerships like Reddy Express's national breakfast campaign with NOVA to high-impact projects, you'll be at the forefront of meaningful work. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across both client and agency, reporting into a supportive Business Director and joining a highly experienced senior team that genuinely invests in its people.

Day to day responsibilities

* Drive the commercial arrangements with clients always looking for information & insight to generate proactive initiatives
* Demonstrate creativity and active participation in client workshops; lead brainstorming sessions
* Lead negotiations planning strategies across client's briefs, ensuring the best outcome and performance based on specific KPIs
* Identify and deliver on opportunities for providing additional services via SBUs


About you

* At least 8 years of relevant media and client management experience.
* Implementation planning capabilities and understanding of media principles.
* Exceptional client facing communication & presentation skills.
* People leadership experience.
* Strong negotiation & consulting skills.
* Fully conversant in the role of each channel and ability to provide justification / rationale.
* Knowledge and understanding of client business/current issues and marketplace trends/emerging trends.
