The Opportunity
Join Hearts and play a key role on one of Australia's most iconic luxury retail brands. This client is undergoing an exciting evolution in their media strategy, and you'll be right at the centre of it — helping to solidify their position in market and bring bold new campaigns to life. With a strong presence in both retail and e-commerce, this is a standout opportunity to work on a big-name account with plenty of momentum.
Day to day responsibilities

* Lead the day-to-day strategy, planning, and campaign delivery
* Build strong, trusting relationships across the client's business
* Work with strategists, planners, and activation teams to bring bold ideas to life
* Drive results through innovative, integrated media thinking

About you

* 6+ years' experience in media planning & client leadership
* A solid background in retail and/or e-commerce accounts
* A confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Proven people leader with a collaborative, proactive approach
