About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Sales Associate with a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to settlement, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service and achieving excellent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and build strong relationships with potential vendors and buyers.
- Prepare and deliver professional listing presentations.
- Manage open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-up.
- Negotiate and secure sales, ensuring smooth transactions from listing through to settlement.
- Maintain accurate records and utilise CRM systems effectively.
- Uphold the highest levels of professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Current real estate licence/agents representative certificate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a sales agent.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to generating business.
- Current drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
