We’re partnering with a nationally respected design studio known for its human-centric and sustainable approach to the built environment. With a strong presence across Victoria, the studio is currently leading some of the state’s most significant health and education projects.
They’re well-established, highly regarded in the industry, and led by a supportive and values-driven leadership team.
We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer to take a leading role on large-scale health projects — including hospitals, clinics, and research facilities. You'll also have the opportunity to work across a variety of project typologies, adding depth and diversity to your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the interior design of major health and institutional projects
- Oversee all phases from concept to delivery
- Coordinate with internal architecture teams, consultants and clients
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and sector requirements
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in interior design
- Demonstrated experience in health or public sector projects
- Strong documentation and space planning skills
- Proficiency in Revit essential
- Confident communicator and natural team leader
- Purpose-driven, community-focused design projects
- Flexible working and supportive leadership
- Strong pipeline of public and health sector work
- Great culture with national backing and local autonomy
