We’re partnering with a nationally respected design studio known for its human-centric and sustainable approach to the built environment. With a strong presence across Victoria, the studio is currently leading some of the state’s most significant health and education projects.

We’re seeking a Senior Interior Designer to take a leading role on large-scale health projects — including hospitals, clinics, and research facilities. You'll also have the opportunity to work across a variety of project typologies, adding depth and diversity to your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the interior design of major health and institutional projects
• Oversee all phases from concept to delivery
• Coordinate with internal architecture teams, consultants and clients
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and sector requirements

About You:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in interior design
• Demonstrated experience in health or public sector projects
• Strong documentation and space planning skills
• Proficiency in Revit essential
• Confident communicator and natural team leader
