They supply and install some of the fastest, most innovative systems on the market, backed by strong service and delivery. With key reseller partnerships already in place including Dahlsens, Bowens, Big River, and Bunnings coming soon they're expanding rapidly and looking for driven sales professionals to grow with them for the long term.
The 2 x Roles
We're hiring two high-performing Sales Reps for two distinct roles:
- Windows & Doors Sales Rep - Hybrid Role
- Work from home or the Richmond office
- Focus on converting warm inbound enquiries and growing existing relationships
- Supported by a full estimating team so you can focus on what you do best — selling
- Ideal for someone who's proactive, confident, and thrives in a target-driven environment
- Work 1-2 days per week from the Campbellfield warehouse
- Balance of onsite presence and account management
- Handle client enquiries, quotes, and orders while building relationships with local builders and trades
- Base salary + uncapped commissions
- Laptop, phone & vehicle allowance
- Hybrid flexibility: WFH, Richmond office, and time on the road or in warehouse
- Strong quoting and admin support so you can stay focused on selling
- No micromanagement - just trust, support, and clear targets
- Huge room for growth with warm leads and minimal competition
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or trades
- Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly and follows through
- Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and converting inbound interest into long-term clients
- Tech-savvy enough to learn tools like Xero/Fishbowl (training provided)
- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to grow with the business
- No windows or building materials experience? That's fine — full training is provided
