Our client is a leading name in Melbourne’s luxury property development and management space and they’re searching for a Senior Property Manager to take the reins of a premium Build to Rent portfolio in the Stonnington/CBD precinct.
This isn’t just property management. This is service, presence, and precision overseeing a collection of elegant residences where quality and experience are non-negotiable.
THE ROLE
- Manage a curated portfolio of 180 boutique residences, all within a 10km radius.
- PropertyMe, IRE, Inspection Express.
- Monday to Friday only – rare Saturdays.
- Enjoy the balance of 1 day WFH.
- Salary up to $105K + Super + Bonuses.

- 3+ years in Property Management, specifically in the Melbourne market.
- VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate – essential.
- Your own vehicle and current Driver’s Licence.
