This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on new client acquisition and tailored lending. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals, working closely with internal credit, investment, and product specialists to deliver integrated solutions that span banking, lending, and wealth.

What You’ll Do

• Drive new client acquisition across the high net worth segment, building your own portfolio through strategic business development and internal referrals.
• Lead with lending—structuring residential, investment, and business lending solutions to meet complex client needs.
• Work collaboratively with internal specialists across credit, investments, super, and insurance.
• Manage the full client lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service, compliance, and relationship depth.
• Operate within a supportive and performance-driven private wealth environment.

• Proven experience in private or business banking, focused on high net worth clients.
• Strong lending capability and confidence managing complex credit needs.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition and portfolio growth.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance obligations (AML/KYC).
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
